I am so thrilled to share that I have been included in Ed Video’s art project Temporary Collection that aims to financially support artists by promoting, exhibiting and distributing their work! I am honoured to be in such talented company.
The project is essentially an experiment in art capitalism. Ed Video has purchased over 150 pieces of work by nearly 70 artists for Temporary Collection, and these works will be made available through the purchase of tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis. A tickets allow visitors to view the exhibition for a set 15-minute virtual tour of the exhibition starting on April 15 – 18, between 12 – 8 pm EST each day, and visitors will be allowed to keep one of the artworks for their collection. All the monies raised will go towards supporting artists in a similar fashion in the future. So perhaps it’s more like ethical art capitalism?
Tickets will be on sale as of 16th, 2021 at 12pm EST. “It is a gamble to buy a ticket, but trust your intuition and get involved, because everyone’s odds of winning are guaranteed.” Get all the details about how to acquire something marvelous for your interior world on their website.
