tourist group shot

I love it when I take film in for processing and discover a photo surprise when I get it back. And this is one of them.

Tourists in groups are terrific camera fodder.  I hovered around this group of tourists on Toronto Island like a stalker trying to get a shot of them shooting together for almost 10 minutes. They were all using their cellphones and photographing the same elements of the fountain as a unit. One would move forward and they all would move forward, one would shuffle left and the other 3 would shuffle left, etc. etc.  I finally snapped this shot on my Rolleiflex and called it a day. It was only yesterday when I got my film back that I saw the rainbow. Bonus!
